Sunday we had the opportunity to go to Huntington Beach with some old friends of Scotts. Scott's Dad Jim and Craig Ward were best of friends as kids and then they both had boys the same year...Scott and Nick. Here is the group 30 some years later! It's been great to keep in touch with the Wards over the years.
All five kids in their family gathered for dinner with their families. It was so fun to see everyone!! Craig and Lonna are leaving in 3 weeks to be mission Presidents in the Panama City Mission. So it was great to see them before they take off on this next adventure!
Here's Scott and Nick...its great to see them having a chance to catch up as its been a few years since we've had the chance to connect with them on a trip to CA. How blessed we are to have so many great friends and family we can re-connect with from time to time!! It was a great night. I think Jim had alot of fun catching up with Craig and Lonna before they leave. They want us to turn in papers and go down there to be Missionaries. That would be nice.
