R & R

We just spent the past 4 days camping in Bryce Canyon National Park. It was so beautiful there and we enjoyed the R & R!

One night we tried our hand at Tin Foil Dinners...they turned out better than I thought. We made them with ground turkey, onions, potatoes and carrots. The kids gobbled it up, so it couldn't have been too bad and we enjoyed 'roughing it' with our cooking!
