Drum Roll...the Before...

If you have been following my blog the past year you have seen the before and after photos of various parts of our kitchen! Scott has done amazing work with the kitchen, as well as some talented contractors!
In this photo you can see our grand under the cabinet lighting which I LOVE!

In this photo you can see the new double oven and micro area which replace where two the large white ovens were before. Now the micro is off the counter as Scott built this cubby. There is now counter top where the ovens were which opens up the entire kitchen.

It's so nice to have a longer working area in the kitchen not having the counter chopped up like that, its amazing we were able to find that piece to match and that it came together so nicely! You can see the new stainless appliances we changed out which really streamlines the look in our kitchen. Plus our Whirlpool Gold dishwasher is a dream to have again...we've had that at both of our CA homes and we were missing it! So that is fun again!

The island had a dark wood paneling put on by the previous owners. While I liked it better than the golden brown color I felt like the kitchen was too BUSY! Too many different tones of wood, too many different colors everywhere, my eye just didn't know what to do!!!
