Our Trip to Maui!! Here we come!

Well here we are on our way to Maui!! We are standing in front of the Alaskan Airlines sign (yes we flew on Alaskan to Hawaii...very ironic, we also had snow chains in our car in case we had inclement weather on the way back, very ironic) Our family was very fortunate to be able to spend a week in Maui this past week and over the next week I will be blogging daily on our trip and all that we did!

Don't we look excited?? We sure are!! When we got on the plane we were dressed like this and let me tell you how excited we were to get shorts on once we got off the plane!! It was much different weather in Hawaii than in CA. We drove from Utah to CA and then flew from CA to Maui to save on airfare. So it was a LOONG road to get to Maui....but.....

We finally arrive! Here are our very excited chiildren, who posed on their own I might add for this darling photo, as we are waiting for our rental car. We drove in style (thank goodness since we did a lot of driving) and rented an expedition for our trip.

One of the first photos of our trip was this view off our balcony of a whale jumping!! Wow...it's going to be a great week!! ALOHA!
