I know I am still behind on blogging but I have to just update you on our exciting project for August. Thanks to a great discount coupon at Costco and a very talented husband that is super handy....we are going to get a new floor in our family room and hall! Here is the BEFORE photo...

Oh no...where oh where is the carpet going?? Ever since we bought this house 2 years ago we have wanted to put wood floors in. Well, for some reason I keep having medical bills to boot...and we have gone on some pretty amazing vacations (can't complain there) and so Scott and came to a
compromise!! We are getting laminate hardwood (fraction of the cost) and Scott is doing the labor himself (again, saves on the cost!) I am really excited to get floors that look much better than this old carpet!! Yeah!
