Beach Fun!

Then we went back to the timeshare for lunch. The kids have loved having lunch here since they get to pick a Hawaiian juice to have with their lunch each day. That was something that I remembered from when I came with my family as a youth so I wanted to make sure we did that when we came. Dallyn has proudly been in charge of the ‘kid’s fridge’ as he and Kyler call it. It’s the smaller fridge in our side of the timeshare. The regular fridge is in the main unit. Dallyn gets the drinks for all of our adventures. Since we went to Costco we have had good food for our lunches. We have had Hawaiian juices, meat and cheese sandwiches, artisan black bean chips, fruit, famous Amos cookies, etc. I have been famished each time, not sure how much of that is from all we are doing and how much of that is related to steroids. Though I have been sleeping in longer the past few days. I think my body is getting used to the time change and I am so tired from being in the sun and all we are doing here!

Kyler LOVES the beach!
Then once everyone came in from the beach Kaylie, Dallyn and Kyler wanted to swim again so they did for a while. I went out to tell them I had dinner reservations for Lelaini’s on the Beach and Scott was excited to show me that Kyler was swimming without his water wings! Wow! One of them had popped and so he wanted to try without them. Since the pool was about 3 ½ feet Kyler could touch and so he was confident swimming and he said it was so cool that he could see underwater. He was like a little fish! He had a great time and was so proud to show me how well he could swim.
This has been a lot better than I even anticipated with my kids as far as them being able to swim and my not having to worry/stress about them. Kyler I did have to holler at a few times to run from big waves and he got knocked down about 5 times but unlike CA where the waves pull you under, you can really just jump back up and you are ok. Dallyn was so cute though after Cam and I both got hurt he said to me “Mom I am going to wait and go snorkeling at Utah because there isn’t any coral reefs there.” It was so cute.
