Finally a Lost Tooth!!

Tonight for Family Night Dallyn wanted to make a fun recipe from a cookbook he checked out from school. He was so cute in all his planning, I just had to take a photo. The milkshakes turned out awesome and Dallyn is planning to cook for us again this week!! =)
This was a big week for Dallyn as he lost his FIRST TOOTH! Yes, he is 7 1/2 years old but he takes after his Dad who was very late in losing teeth!! Dallyn is the last one in his 2nd grade class to loose a tooth so today he got to put a tooth up on the wall in his class for FINALLY losing a tooth! He was very excited!!

Here he is with his tooth that he left under his pillow and yes he did get a$1 the next morning but Dallyn said the tooth fairy threw all his covers off during the night, so we will have to keep an eye on that!!

Here are a few photos of Dallyn with Hayley..Dallyn is always watching out for the girls and wanting to make sure they are happy. I'm so grateful that my kids are so nurturing of others!

It's a happy occasion, no doubt, with the lack of one tooth as proof. Well, even for boys, a visit from the tooth fairy is pretty cool. I guess they'd think that the emerging permanent tooth would make them more grown up and whatnot.

What a lucky boy! Maybe the tooth fairy was just around when he lost his tooth, and that’s why he got his reward that fast. Anyway, with or without tooth fairy, one thing is for sure: you’re kid is brave because not all kids can smile after losing a tooth! Agree?

It’s always a relief to see a kid smile even after losing a tooth. The thought of the tooth fairy visiting them is very exciting for them and makes them forget about the pain. Congrats to your son! The tooth fairy visited him that same night, that he didn’t need to wait that long. Hey, maybe she was there all along.

Wow, a lot has been going on in Dallyn’s life in school and at home! I’m glad that he is positive about losing his first tooth. He could even flaunt it in front of the camera. He totally deserved the reward from the tooth fairy for his optimism and being a caring cousin. :)

Dallyn is so adorable! Undoubtedly, he has strong teeth. That’s why he was the last one to lose a tooth in his class. He was so proud about finally losing his first tooth! The third picture says it all. Hehe.
