Today marks another milestone in our life. 16 years ago
today, on a sunny California day, Heidi and I were married in the Oakland
Temple. It is hard to believe that 16 years have passed sense that joyous occasion.
Hard to believe we have a 14 year old daughter in 9th grade. It is
also unbelievable that nearly 18 months have passed since Heidi’s passing to a
better place. Life just keeps on marching along and all we can do is take what
it gives us and make the most of it. I am so grateful for the wonderful
marriage and years Heidi and I spent together and for the wonderful Mother she
was. Because of her incredible efforts, despite her illness, our kids continue
to amaze me with how well they are dealing with her lose and that makes my life
so much easier each and every day. Happy Anniversary Heidi.
In memory of Heidi, and to do something I have wanted to get

Happy Anniversary! What a beautiful video you made! It made me cry, a lot. I hadn't seen this at the funeral. I held baby Heidi while I watched it today, and she kept giving me hugs and saying "Hi, Hi". I'm sure her Auntie is happy that she is giving such comfort as we miss her so much. You and Heidi are both so amazing and we continue to see that in your children. What a wonderful example of marriage for your children, and for everyone. I love all the posts of the kids too. I bawled too! I missed this at the funeral but it brought back so many memories!! She was a wonderful woman and I feel so blessed to have known her!! Happy anniversary!!
Thanks Scott that was truly a beautiful tribute to Heidi. You are an amazing family. Thanks for showing us how to go through really hard times and make them somehow memorable in our lives.
