Ward Young Women's Service Project

We had a wonderful service done for our family yesterday morning. Braving cold, raining and muddy conditions, our Ward Young Women's organization came and cleaned out our flower beds, put in new mulch and planted some beautiful spring flowers. At a time where Heidi has little to smile about, hearing and seeing, via pictures, what was done, brought her a lot of happiness. Thank you Briarwood Young Women.

Heidi,
I just spent the last while reading past entries on your blog. I am amazed at your tenacity of spirit and your strength and faith.

You are a great example to me. And while I don't know you well, I know your parents. And I know that they're great people and they have raised one remarkable woman.

I pray for you and your family. I appreciate your example and through it, an incredible eternal perspective.

I wish you every last bit of happiness you can handle during this time. As for strength and grace, you already have that.

With love,
Emily Prusso

Heidi,

My family and I have been thinking about you and praying for you and your family these past few years. I am in your mom and dad's ward. They are such great examples to us of love and faith and you have been too.

We moved here over 7 years ago and I still remember the first time you came to visit. You made a comment about your daughter's observance of the modesty of some dresses at the store. That still sticks with me today and has been a good example to my daughter and I as we make sure to always wear modest clothing!

Also, your mom has been so gracious whenever we add a child to our family. She puts a lot of thought and love into the gifts she brings. She also says she gets things that she knows you would like. We love the gap onesies we have used on all of our kids!!

Thank you for your example. We wish your family an increase of the spirit at this time.
